PMU RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prime management functions – Organize, Lead, Control, Monitor and Report;
• Project backstopping;
• Tracking and Monitoring of hard and soft components at different levels and report to the Chief Coordinator PMU / Secretary Agriculture ,
• Disseminate reliable information/deficiencies for quick rectification;
• Ensure appropriate, quality and timely reporting of PIU for further reporting to Project Management Stakeholders;
• To conduct review and planning meetings (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) with PIU, NESPAK, PMU, Contractors & Consultants, - to assess level of compliance;
• Efforts and recommendations for smooth implementation of the Project;
• Ensure transparency;
